Courtney Fergel, RYT200
Yoga has been a part of my life for quite some time. It has become a staple in my daily life. Through pranayama, meditation and asana practice, I continue to become a better version of myself and who I strive to be in the future. And just as it is practice, I too continue to grow each and every time I step on my mat and cannot wait to see where my practice leads me down the road.
Yoga has helped me stay grounded and humble. I have learned how to honor my mind, body and soul throughout my practice. Yoga has also taught me that I am enough and I am loved, just as I truly am. The strength and flexibility are just a perk to what I really want to accomplish on my mat which is self-love and confidence.
I completed my RYT200 training through Transitions Yoga Studio, and also completed certification courses for aerial yoga and yin yoga.
My drive and focus is to help guide others in achieving some clarity to their day, whether that be in a slow flow, vinyasa, yin or aerial class. Helping people let go of what is not serving them emotionally and to unblock those daily stressors so they can achieve something truly magically on their mat is what I strive for. And in the meantime, possibly guiding fellow yogis to overcoming a goal pose that they had their mind set on would be an added bonus for me to witness. We all have unlimited potential to achieve something amazing and if I can help open your mind and inspire others to see the possibilities of what you can accomplish in life, on and off the mat then I have done exactly what I have been guided to do.
I want to thank all of my fellow yogis here at Transitions Yoga for inspiring me every single day. Everyone at Transitions Yoga is so welcoming, they truly take the time to help guide you in every aspect of your practice on and off of the mat. This studio has really changed my life and I am so thankful that I took that journey down that long hallway to my very first class so many years ago.
Thank you for reading my page and I hope that our paths cross in the studio. Until then friends, remember, the more you feed your mind with clarity and positive thoughts, the more you can attract great things in your life. All you have to do is unroll the mat, take that first step in releasing what is not serving you so you have room for all the greatness that the universe has to offer. Namaste
