Jeanne Farnsworth, RYT200
Jeanne found yoga in 2013, when stress and life experiences were taking a toll on her body and mind. She found herself cut off from her body and overwhelmed with stress. Yoga had a profound and transformative power to heal. She seeks to help others thrive through accessing emotions, calming the body's stress response, and connecting body and mind. Off the mat, she is a a mental health counselor, and has witnessed the power of yoga in healing depression, anxiety, and trauma.
Jeanne is trained as a Childlight Level 1 Children's yoga teacher, and is studying yoga through Yoga Center of Minneapolis, completing the 230-hour teacher training. She has trained with LifeForce Yoga for mood management.
