This class is designed as an introduction to the practice of yoga, learning the basics and getting comfortable on the mat.
Class is slower paced than an all-levels class. and focused on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational poses. Learn alignment of core postures in the practice, different types of breath work and of course the best ways to us all of those props to help build and support your practice.
Come to learn, play, and maybe even break a sweat in a supportive environment. All bodies are welcome.
