This fun 60-minute class begins with an all-level vinyasa style class, then open paddle before returning to shore. Students will enjoy this floating yoga session that works with balance, strength, and flexibility. Every class is uniquely different with stretch, spinal balance, and a variety of yoga poses ending with Savasana (resting pose).
Modifications will be shared to accommodate ALL levels from beginners to advanced. Bring a friend or two to share this amazing experience combining yoga with nature out on the water.
Inclement weather will lead to cancellation or beach yoga, depending. We try to contact everyone beforehand if the class will be canceled.

Please wear layers for this class. Weather can vary when on the water.
Bring water bottles, towels, and a change of clothes. It can get cold after class.
Please don't wear any expensive sunglasses unless you are OKAY with losing them. If you fall off the board, we are not responsible for lost items. Watches must also be waterproof!
