This workshop is all about bringing awareness to the hips, and their connection to the rest of the body. Learn why it’s important to be aware of tight muscles when you practice, and how to safely flow through poses when tightness is present.
This is an opportunity for all levels to mindfully explore postures to help lengthen, strengthen and improve functional mobility of the hips for an active life.

We stress the importance of teaching who's in front of you and creating classes that are inclusive, diverse, and creative. You'll also learn philosophy, meditation, and even subtle energy bodies. While teaching a 60-minute class may seem impossible now, you'll start using your voice the first weekend and keep adding to your skills.
Stephanie and Sigrid are both E-RYT500 certified and Stephanie has also completed her 1000-hour Yoga Therapy Training (and 2 - 200 hour classes). Between the two there are almost 30 years of teaching experience, that's a lot of time in front of students.
