Donation Based Class for BAGA

Join Transitions Yoga for a Donation-Based Class to Support BAGA.  This all levels class will be held on the lawn at the Capital Grounds.  Bring a mat or towel to join Mike as he guides you through a 50-minute easy flow to help ease you into a day of perusing all the artists and vendors. 

 Flexible bodies are not required. Flexible minds are recommended.

 Capital A'Fair is one of the area's largest summer art fair. It features over 100 artisans from across the country and attracts thousands of local and regional visitors. Music, great food, performing arts groups and children's activities contribute to the festive mood. The fair is located at the beautiful Capitol grounds of North Dakota.
