As soon as you catch the earthy scent, let it inspire you to step onto your mat and usher in the spirit of Spring. Sam will lead the class with a welcoming slow flow suitable for all levels. To conclude, Sigrid will offer a brief sound bath during savasana, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the experience.
