Play, as we learn how to practice yoga with a partner. This connected yoga practice allows us to move deeper into poses, have fun with balancing, and learn to move with purpose.
The body can go deeper when it’s being held and supported by a trusted person. In a safe and supportive space, you will learn how to move together, breathe together, and try some easy acro yoga supports.
This class is open to all levels. Couples must register as one person. Please arrive early so we can conveniently arrange mats and prepare props.
