Join David for a buoyant, interactive, and alchemizing practice to play with the season of Spring within your body, mind, and breath. You'll spin, rise, twist, and bend as we strengthen your roots and till your unique soil. 

The body is your abode, consider this spring cleaning—sweeping through your homes with asana, pranayama, and meditation to prepare you for new growth and expanded vision on and off the mat.  

You’ll explore it all using the practical magic of the Katonah Yoga theory - a framework that is rooted in Taoist principles, sacred geometry, Chinese five-element theory, traditional hatha yoga practices, and metaphors.

This workshop will spark the imagination and unlock new dimensions within your personal practice.
