The perfect place to celebrate Mother Earth is among the creations of Earth.

Let's meet at Plant Perfect to practice. Take time to soak in the beauty of the surrounding plants, the sounds of the water features and the warmth of the sun.

From the first whiff of dirt you'll be ready to get on your mat and welcome in Spring.  Sam will start class with an inviting all levels slow flow. Sigrid will provide a short sound bath for savasana while you let it all soak in.
