Quick question, how much do you know about your pelvic floor after baby? 

The Pelvic Floor series continues with Postpartum Yoga. There have been many special advances in the yoga world to support moms after birth. We will cover the ways that the pelvic floor is affected after labor and delivery and how to better bounce back safely and comfortably. Working through various lecture, exercises, and poses we will address the common issues and how best to support all mothers in this new stage of their life! 

Dr. Mandy Johnson, DPT, of FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Center specializes in pelvic floor physical therapy and is a 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher.
